Alvaro Gutierrez and Ramiro Sanchez stayed in the hotel for one night in 2020. “The bed bugs latched onto the plaintiffs while they slept, sucked their blood until they were gorged, and resisted eradication,” says the lawsuit. The plaintiffs claimed that the hotel management was aware of the bed bugs through multiple online reviews but failed to solve the problem.
Gutierrez was awarded $400,000 and Sanchez was awarded $600,000 for charges like “pain”

I doubt that there’s any way to even find out this information, the so called registries don’t seem to get much traffic & are based on voluntary unverified reports - here’s a link though https://www.smartertravel.com/is-your-hotel-on-the-bedbug-registry/
You could search ‘bedbugs’ here on DIS which makes for interesting reading including the info. that Disney’s response to verified instances is swift & thorough, which is reassuring but doesn’t quantify the issue.
I’ve been lucky, I’ve traveled extensively through the years including annually to WDW staying at AKV or VGF (also in past decades CBR, POFQ, YC, Poly, BWV, GF) & so far haven’t run into the nasty little hitch hikers - & fingers crossed that my good luck continues

More travelers coming through your doors = higher risk of unwanted luggage hitchhikers. So obviously WDW is a higher risk of having bedbugs than, say, Uncle Joe's Roadside Inn off exit 4056 in the middle of Nothingsville. Yet while any place that depends on guests as a source of revenue is at high risk of getting bedbugs...with the right professional procedures in action, any and every lodging facility, movie theater, hospital, or public aircraft can quickly evict these critters as quickly as they entered.
The bad news is, until we have a better educated public on the do's and don't's of bedbug-prevention travel habits (check thoroughly before cozying into your room, never just go in, thr
