Don't waste your time and money dealing wTWS
I placed an order for a watch then sent them a cancellation through their email on the same day; their phone service does not work; I never got any response even after numerous emails; then I learned that the order was sent to my old address and returned to TWS, and I still haven't received any response; what a scam organization;

After this nightmare, company will not honor refund policy. They told me I can keep the pants I HATE and sell them or give to a friend and they'll refund 20%.
Here's what happened. Where do I start? I ordered these pants 30 days ago. I just got them today.
TWS sent an email reminding me that they "fulfilled" my order 30 days ago, and asked for a review. Here it is. Website says "ships from US" which is partially true. They don't tell you your order might be on a slow boat from China (for real) but it ships from US once it's here, sort of.
They tell you it might take a couple of weeks. Again, partially true. Pants had to get here from China. Then they traveled all over the country before getting lost.
They were supposed to come from Dallas but there are two labels on the package with delivery info. They might've hung out in Dallas, but the top label they used to cover up the first one has a Georgia return address. The package was surprisingly light. I opened it and found out why.
These pants might be made of rip stop material, but they're a rip OFF. The material is extremely thin, you can see light through it. The e
