Uchimura Denosuke and Ulmandra
The Demon Overlord calls forth his Four Heavenly Kingsto bring order and prosperity back to his lands:
"Ulmandra, Queen of Assault and Hellfire!"
"Sylphid, Conjurer of the Ultimate Storm!"
"Gnome, Manipulator of Nature's Bulwark, the Earth!"
and "Denosuke Uchimura, Regional Manager of the Overseas!"
Yes, much to the bafflement of everyone, himself most of all, our protagonist is a bog-standard thirty-something human male from Japan, whose sole claim to fame is being an underappreciated middle manager at a MegaCorp. Despite his misgivings, he's impressed with the pay and benefits offered by the Demon Overlord and signs on, bringing his skills as an administrator and negotiator to bear on the logistical and financial problems of the Demon Army. He's joined in this by Ulmandra, a Fiery Redhead demon warrior whom the Demon Overlord appoints as his bodyguard—and who quickly develops a crush on him despite her initial hostility.

This is the ideal grade C, a beer and bar snacks kind of anime. It is a passing grade. Not a bad drink to end the night with, worth watching, smiling, and moving on.
You could almost call this as a paint by numbers isakai.
Honestly the most interesting part is the almost "Mind Palace" of the bar that the MC slips into as a way to decompress his emotions and think.
More than 12 Episodes would be too much, its done what it has needed to do and not an ounce more.
Story is fine.
Character designs are fine.
Art is fine.

This is a 5 for most people - mainstream generic nothing to add filler but also not terrible or distractingly bad. The story isn't unique but the context is. There characters are either cardboard, or if you've ever been a middle manager some of them may be fascinatingly profound. If you've ever been in middle management, it kind of speaks to you on a whole other level if you're deranged enough to bath in the
