Stuck character service not working in our out of game and chain DC'ing

See title. Tried using this on both chrome and edge, whenever I click “continue” on stuck character service portion it loads for a bit, then goes right back to the same page.

I also tried in-game on a different character to the same thing.

I can’t log into my warlock (this character, Sartharia on Mankrik Horde) because every time I do I get disconnected immediately due to me being in some slime thing (in Icecrown in a necropolis, I flew from above into it and immediately got chain disconnected)

Same here – I just fell underneath the ground when exiting from the heart of azeroth location after taking a teleporter there from the nexus and no matter what I do I cannot use the unstuck feature on Firefox / chrome / mobile

Additionally this problem existed for me last week when I got stuck in drak’tharon keep on classic wrath
The service just does not work

I’m currently stuck on this character with no way to fix

Tried making a new character on a totally different realm to see if I could do the unstuck from in-game on that

It gives the option for characters you can’t log on to

Logging out of game and using the WWW in a web browser …
Better yet turn off computer and use phone to negate the system.

My character is stuck falling through the world for the last 3 days. I have been unable to get in contact with CS and the Stuck character self-service tool just keeps erroring out on all browsers and devices.

same problem, character has gone thru the tunnel to new zone and ended up in some sort of wire frame area underneath the world , the stuck character service is not working on any browser and it wont allow me to submit a ticket using the above link - i just get a ‘you cant submit this ticket’ response , everytime i log in the toon i just get a 51900319 error and an immediate disconnect.

*if i log into another toon and try and use the stuck character service from there i cant do that either (not working)

This describes my same problem almost exactly. Paying for a service with zero customer support feels pretty bad.

I have had a toon stuck since prelaunch. I used the scroll to teleport to Silithus and fell under the map when I got there. I have reset my bnet ui and I have reinstalled the game on a new computer. I have tried the self-service unstuck feature. W

Ok, but you’d be better reporting it to Blizzard.

Bugs are reported in-game, not on the forums.

From the support menu in game click on “Send Feedback or Report a Bug”, then follow the instructions.

Looks like regular tickets don’t work either. Since the unstuck service isn’t working, I tried to send manual ticket… but it doesn’t send either, stuck in “sending”.

Microsoft has removed the whole customer service function from the game?

Character stuck falling through world and disconnecting in WoW Retail.
Attempted logging out and back in - unresolved.
Attempted signing out of Battlenet and leaving for more than 15 minutes - unresolved.
Attempted self service character stuck option - despite leaving for hours, no feedback or support.
Unable to reload ui when attempting to log in to the character before disconnect happens.
Unable to press after character log in before disconnect error: ESC>Support>Character Stuck
Have attempted scan and repair.
Other characters work fine.
