I just realized one thing in the game that as the size of the park groves, the financial damage also increases.
Everything in the game are in perfect conditions.
%200 appeal, all amenities are profitable and with %95 cover or above, all in guest section are %100, power usage in power stations are full, number and necessity of scientists are perfect.
But the problem is; the game says that the number of visitors is 2968 which never inceases. But the number of guests total in all amenities are over 7000.
How is that possible? I have more than 4000 illegal visitors who dont pay entrance fee?!!
Is this a bug or am i missing something?

Hotels and guest capacity
I always get notifications like telling me that i need more hotels to attract more guests, but i have like, 3 hotels and they take alot of space because when i place them i need to have restaurants and arcades [food and fun stuff] near them. This happened on Isla Tacano but pretty sure it will happen on isla sorna.
