I had an addition to my home constructed several years ago, and Marvin windows were installed at that time. A few years later I was interested in replacing other windows in my home: in fact, every exterior window, except the ones in the addition. I chose Window World's windows Over the years, I became and continue to be more happy with the Window World units than with the Marvins. They are easier to open and close, much easier to clean, and never need painting. In the many years I have had them, there have been only two problems. One window seemed to fog in a small corner where a seal may have been compromised. A call and a visit took place the same day--the window was replaced with a new one and there was no charge at all. And just the other day a sash window had trouble in the track so that it would not stay open. This was nearly 15 years after the original installation. The same day, a repair was made and when I asked how much I owed for the visit and the repair, I was told that there was no charge. What more can I say?
